INCREASING THE RECRUITMENT QUOTA REQUIREMENT OF FEMALE PNP OFFICERS
This bill aims to increase the recruitment quota for female officers in the Philippine National Police (PNP) from 10% to 15% and further to 20% after five years, amending existing legislation to enhance gender representation in law enforcement.
