ORGANIZING THE NASYONAL NA PEDERASYON NG SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
This bill aims to establish the Nasyonal na Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan, a national federation for the youth councils in the Philippines, and to allow its elected president to join the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines. It amends Sections 21 and 22 of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 to facilitate this organization and membership.
