EXPANDED NATIONAL NUTRITION PROGRAM ACT

MASUSTANSYANG PAGKAIN PARA SA BATANG PILIPINO ACT

AMENDING R.A. NO. 11037 (MASUSTANSYANG PAGKAIN PARA SA BATANG PILIPINO ACT)
This bill aims to strengthen the National Nutrition Program by amending the Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act. It expands the program to include children as young as two years old and introduces universal feeding for all learners from Kindergarten to Grade 3, while maintaining targeted feeding for undernourished students in Grades 4 to 6.
