AMENDING R.A. NO. 10931 (UNIVERSAL ACCESS TO QUALITY TERTIARY EDUCATION ACT)
This bill aims to expand the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) to include more students and establish a voucher system for those attending private higher education institutions (HEIs) and technical-vocational institutions (TVIs).
