INCREASING THE COMPULSORY AGE OF RETIREMENT FOR OFFICERS AND NON-OFFICERS OF THE PNP

This bill proposes to increase the compulsory retirement age for officers and non-officers of the Philippine National Police (PNP) from 56 years to 57 years, amending Section 39 of the Department of the Interior and Local Government Act of 1990.
