ANGAT SWELDO PARA SA GURO ACT
The Angat Sweldo Para Sa Guro Act aims to provide additional support and compensation for public school teachers and qualified non-teaching staff in basic education, addressing their economic challenges and enhancing their overall welfare.
LGU FISCAL AUTONOMY ACT
The LGU Fiscal Autonomy Act aims to enhance the fiscal autonomy of local government units (LGUs) by amending provisions of the Local Government Code. It seeks to expand the use of the Special Education Fund, Local Development Fund, and Calamity Fund, and remove the Personnel Services cap, allowing LGUs greater flexibility in resource allocation and personnel management.
