FEAST OF THE HOLY SANTO NIÑO (DAPA, SURIGAO DEL NORTE)

This bill declares January 16 of every year as a special non-working holiday in Dapa, Surigao del Norte, to celebrate the Feast of the Holy Santo Niño.
