CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TWENTIETH CONGRESS First Regular Session HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES H. No. 761 BY REPRESENTATIVES MATUGAS AND MIRAFLORES AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 16 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAPA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, IN CELEBRATION OF THE FEAST OF ITS PATRON SAINT, THE HOLY SANTO NIÑO Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. January 16 of every year is hereby declared a special non-working

holiday in the Municipality of Dapa, Province of Surigao del Norte, in celebration of the feast of its Patron Saint, the Holy Santo Niño.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official

Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved,
