FRESH GRADUATES P5,000 ONE-TIME CASH GRANT ACT

This bill proposes a one-time cash grant of ₱5,000 for fresh graduates of Philippine tertiary education, universities, colleges, and training institutions to assist with job application and settling-in expenses.
