MINIMUM AGE OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY (JUVENILE JUSTICE AND WELFARE ACT)
This bill seeks to lower the minimum age of criminal responsibility from fifteen (15) to ten (10) years old for children who commit heinous crimes, amending the existing Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act.
