ENHANCED WITNESS PROTECTION ACT
Senate Bill No. 1150, known as the Enhanced Witness Protection Act, aims to strengthen the existing witness protection program by expanding benefits and protections for witnesses, including educational aid and income replacement, and by imposing penalties for harassment of witnesses.
