MODIFYING THE PRESCRIPTIVE PERIOD OF MONEY CLAIMS

This bill seeks to extend the prescriptive period for money claims arising from employer-employee relations to three years after the termination of the employment relationship, allowing employees more time to file claims for unpaid wages or other money claims.
