The TUPAD Act aims to provide wage employment assistance to displaced, marginalized, and vulnerable workers by institutionalizing the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
