TRIPARTITE COUNCIL (CREATION)
This bill proposes the creation of a Tripartite Council to address unemployment, underemployment, and job-skills mismatch in the Philippines. The Council will consist of representatives from government, academia, and industry, and will be tasked with formulating policies and programs to improve job alignment with skills in the workforce.
