STRENGTHENING THE TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY

This bill aims to strengthen the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) by ensuring that once granted, the subsidy amount will not be reduced for the duration of a student's program, and mandates a review of TES rates every three years to keep pace with inflation and education costs.
