AMENDING SEC. 2 OF ACT NO. 3326 (PERIODS OF PRESCRIPTION FOR VIOLATIONS PENALIZED BY SPECIAL ACT)
This bill amends Section 2 of Act No. 3326 to clarify that the prescriptive period for violations penalized by special laws will not run when the offender is absent from the Philippines.
