SECURITY OF TENURE ACT

The Security of Tenure Act aims to strengthen the job security of workers in the private sector by amending several articles of the Labor Code. It prohibits labor-only contracting and establishes stricter requirements for legitimate contractors, including financial obligations and licensing.
