AMENDING P.D. NO. 194 (AUTHORIZING ALIENS TO OWNED OR ENGAGE IN RICE AND CORN INDUSTRY)
This bill amends Presidential Decree No. 194 to allow foreign investors to fully engage in the rice and corn industry without the requirement to divest a majority of their equity to Filipino citizens.
