GRANTING THE CONDONATION TO THE BASILAN ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
This bill condones the unpaid interests, penalties, and surcharges on the overdue obligations of the Basilan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BASELCO) to the National Power Corporation (NPC), amounting to ₱2.605 billion, and establishes a one-time restructuring program for BASELCO's principal obligations.
