RANK STRUCTURE UPGRADE AND RECLASSIFICATION IN THE BFP AND BJMP

This bill proposes an upgrade and reclassification of the rank structure in the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), amending certain provisions of the existing law to enhance career progression and compensation for personnel in these agencies.
