THE PHILIPPINE SPORTS COMMISSION ACT
This bill aims to transfer the management and control of the land formerly occupied by the Quezon City Velodrome from the Philippine Sports Commission to the Quezon City Government, amending Section 23 of the Philippine Sports Commission Act.
