MMDA PUMPING STATION REHABILITATION AND MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2025
This bill designates the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) as the primary agency responsible for the rehabilitation and maintenance of pumping stations in Metro Manila, transferring these responsibilities from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
