AMENDING SECS. 6 AND 25 OF R.A.. NO. 11697, ELECTRIC VEHICLE INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT ACT
Senate Bill No. 2086 amends the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act to extend non-fiscal incentives for electric vehicles from eight years to thirteen years, enhance training for automotive repair shops, and integrate electric vehicle charging infrastructure with public transport systems.
