PUBLIC SCHOOL SITES TITLING AND PROTECTION ACT

The Public School Sites Titling and Protection Act aims to strengthen land tenure security for public school sites and expedite the titling of properties used by the Department of Education (DepEd). It addresses issues related to unregistered and improperly titled school sites, which hinder classroom construction and expansion.
