ESTABLISHING GREATER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FROM PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

This bill aims to enhance the accountability of private employment agencies (PEAs) by requiring them to verify the criminal background and family history of domestic workers, and to hold them liable for any criminal acts committed by these workers during their employment for one year.
