AMENDING R.A. NO. 11055 (PHILIPPINE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM ACT)
This bill amends the Philippine Identification System Act to enhance data privacy by removing the visible representation of the PhilSys Number (PSN) from the national ID card and encoding it within a QR code instead.
