NORTHERN MINDANAO POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE ACT

This bill converts the Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, into the Northern Mindanao Polytechnic Institute, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). It aims to enhance technical-vocational education and training programs to better serve local and international labor markets.
