NEURODIVERGENT PEOPLE'S RIGHTS ACT
The Neurodivergent People's Rights Act aims to recognize neurodivergence, uphold the rights of neurodivergent individuals, and establish a National Care and Support Plan for neurodiversity in the Philippines.
