AMENDING R.A. NO. 6657 AS AMENDED BY R.A. NO. 9700 (COMPREHENSIVE AGRARIAN REFORM LAW OF 1988)

This bill aims to provide full insurance coverage to all qualified agrarian reform beneficiaries under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program, amending existing laws to enhance support for farmers affected by natural disasters and other risks.
