NATIONAL LAND USE ACT

Senate Bill No. 152, known as the National Land Use Act, aims to establish a comprehensive national land use policy to guide the allocation, utilization, and management of land resources in the Philippines. It seeks to create a National Land Use Commission and formulate a Physical Framework Plan to address issues related to land use, environmental protection, and disaster risk reduction.
