PHILIPPINE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT SYSTEM ACT

This bill establishes a comprehensive Philippine Environmental Assessment System, creates the National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA), and allocates funding for its implementation. It aims to improve environmental assessments through Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and Health Impact Assessments (HIA).
