PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING AND INSURANCE ACT
Senate Bill No. 1912 aims to strengthen disaster risk financing in the Philippines by creating a comprehensive strategy for public infrastructure assets. It establishes a Disaster Risk Financing and Insurance Council and a National Public Asset Insurance Consortium to manage disaster-related financing and insurance for government-owned infrastructure.
