SUCS LAND USE DEVELOPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN (LUDIP) ACT

This bill aims to strengthen the planning and budgeting mechanisms for land use development and infrastructure projects in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) by amending the existing SUCs Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) Act.
