EXPANDING THE USE OF THE LEGAL ASSISTANCE FUND (AMENDING R.A. NO. 8042)
This bill aims to expand the use of the Legal Assistance Fund for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) by allowing it to cover all legal proceedings from initiation to judgment, and by enabling the head of mission of the Philippine Embassy to expedite access to these funds.
