TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS

This bill seeks to amend Presidential Decree No. 1606 to change the venue for cases involving corrupt practices by public officials, allowing them to be tried in the city or municipality where the official holds office, rather than in a different judicial region.
