NATIONAL LAND USE ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES
The National Land Use Act of the Philippines aims to establish a comprehensive national land use policy to guide the sustainable and equitable use of land resources across the country. It proposes the creation of a Land Use Policy Council to formulate a National Framework for Physical Planning, which will direct land use and management practices.

THE AGRICULTURAL LAND CONVERSION BAN ACT
The Agricultural Land Conversion Ban Act aims to prohibit the conversion of irrigated and irrigable agricultural lands for non-agricultural uses. It seeks to amend the Local Government Code to require additional approvals from relevant government agencies before any conversion can occur.
