AMENDING R.A. NO. 6727 (WAGE RATIONALIZATION ACT)
This bill aims to strengthen the inspection function of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) by amending the Wage Rationalization Act. It proposes the creation of new labor inspector positions and grants them additional powers to enforce wage compliance.
