ENHANCED CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPPINE
The Enhanced Consumer Act of the Philippines aims to strengthen consumer protection by amending the existing Consumer Act. It institutionalizes eight basic consumer rights, clarifies definitions of fraudulent business practices, and enhances labeling standards for consumer products.
