POVERTY REDUCTION THROUGH SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP (PRESENT) ACT

The bill establishes the Poverty Reduction Through Social Entrepreneurship (PRESENT) Program to support social enterprises in alleviating poverty in the Philippines. It aims to provide financial and technical assistance, create a Social Enterprise Development Fund, and promote inclusive economic growth through social enterprises.
