HEALTH PASSPORT SYSTEM ACT

The Health Passport System Act aims to establish a national health passport system integrated with the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). It mandates the Department of Health (DOH) and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) to provide free comprehensive executive check-ups annually for indigent or disadvantaged Filipinos.
