PHILIPPINE RISE OR TALAMPAS NG PILIPINAS

This bill seeks to rename the Benham Rise to 'Philippine Rise' or 'Talampas ng Pilipinas' and establish the names of its undersea features. It mandates the use of this new name in government documents and communications, and requires the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) to update official maps accordingly.
