The Free Breakfast Program and Sustainable Agriculture Act aims to establish a free breakfast program for public school students from kindergarten to Grade 12 and daycare centers, while mandating the direct procurement of produce from local farmers and fisherfolk to enhance child health, nutrition, and food security.
