THE FREE TERTIARY AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION ACT
The Free Tertiary Agricultural Education Act aims to provide free tertiary education in agriculture and related courses to dependent children of qualified farmers, farm workers, fisherfolks, and deserving Filipino students. It establishes a scholarship program managed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in coordination with the Department of Agriculture (DA).
