EXPORT AND INVESTMENTS DEVELOPMENT ACT

This bill aims to enhance the global competitiveness of Philippine products and services by amending the Export Development Act of 1994. It seeks to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), streamline export processes, and establish an Export Green Lane Facility for qualified exporters.
