FAIR ELECTION ACT

The Fair Election Act aims to protect the rights of private citizens to express their political beliefs and preferences on their own properties without interference from the Commission on Elections (COMELEC). It amends existing provisions of the Fair Election Act to clarify that private individuals are not subject to size limits for campaign materials posted on their own properties.
