STRENGTHENING FURTHER THE POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE PHILIPPINE ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY

STRENGTHENING THE BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
This bill aims to strengthen the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) by extending its corporate life for an additional 30 years, updating its authorized capital stock to ₱200 billion, and allowing for the limited disposition of lands in special economic and freeport zones.
