AMENDING R.A. NO. 11967 ( INTERNET TRANSACTIONS ACT)

This bill amends the Internet Transactions Act to include consumer-to-consumer transactions under the regulatory supervision of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and enhances DTI's enforcement powers.
