KATUTUBONG TAGAPAGTANGGOL ACT
The Katutubong Tagapagtanggol Act aims to ensure that members of Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) have a proportionate share in admissions to the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) and the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). It mandates that at least 10% of new cadets in these academies must come from ICCs/IPs and prohibits discrimination against them.

The Anti-Discrimination in the Delivery of Social Protection Programs Act aims to penalize discriminatory practices by government employees in the distribution of social protection programs, ensuring fair access for all qualified beneficiaries.
MAGNA CARTA ON RELIGIOUS FREEDOM ACT
Senate Bill No. 48, known as the Magna Carta on Religious Freedom Act, aims to protect the right of individuals to freely choose and practice their religion in the Philippines, as guaranteed by the Constitution. It establishes policies to prevent discrimination and promote religious expression while outlining exceptions for public safety and order.
