NORTHERN SAMAR POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (NSPI) ACT

This bill aims to convert the Balicuatro College of Arts and Trades in Allen, Northern Samar, into the Northern Samar Polytechnic Institute, enhancing its capacity to provide technical and vocational education under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
