POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES NATIONAL CENTER FOR COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT ACT

This bill establishes the National Center for Cooperative Development at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) to enhance cooperative education, research, and capacity-building in the Philippines.
